1. The location - it is well in the mountains, so there is beautiful air, views, and last but not least, climate. 2. The staff - everybody was very kind and helpful to us; the staff at the reception speaks very good English. 3. The room was very well equipped and cozy. The "backyard" gave you a nice place to sit with privacy. 4. The breakfast was above expectations.
Some small things were not working - like the floor lamp. I also wonder why nobody but upscale business hotels fo install bedside lamps - some people want to read before sleep... But these were all small things comparing to the pleasure we had staying in Masklavi.
