We had a wonderful stay at KUUM Hotel. The hotel is very well located for exploring the Bodrum area. We had a rental car, and having parking available inside the hotel was very convenient. In my opinion, a car is quite useful in this area if you want to visit the different places and attractions around Bodrum. We were very warmly welcomed. When the front desk staff found out that we were on our honeymoon, they kindly surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine and a fruit platter, which was a very nice touch and made us feel special. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable and very charming. Our room was spacious and had a stunning view. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety and good-quality options. One of the highlights is definitely the hotel’s private beach club. It is spectacular, set in an absolutely beautiful area, and was one of our favorite parts of the stay. Overall, we had an excellent experience at KUUM Hotel and really enjoyed our time there.
The only issue I had was with the room I was initially given. I had specifically booked a superior room with a sea view, but the first room did not offer the full sea view I was expecting, as it was partially blocked by another building and some trees. After I mentioned this to the front desk, the staff responded immediately and moved us to another room, which fully met my expectations and had the beautiful view I had booked. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally the situation was handled. However, this was an inconvenience that could easily have been avoided by assigning the appropriate room from the beginning.
The room was amazing and the views stunning! The beach club was very nice and we went multiple times during our stay, the water was beautiful. The breakfast buffet and lunch menu and drinks at the beach club were also good.
The dinner menu at the restaurant was not great and the service too became worse at dinner while at lunch and breakfast the staff was great.
