Der Service ist 1A!!! Ich habe kurzfristig den Aufenthalt verkürzen müssen und sie haben mir keine Stornierungskosten verlangt!!! Sowas gibt es niergendwo. Ausserdem habe ich ganz kurzfristig einen günstigen Transfer zum Flughafen benötigt und das Team war soooo engagiert und hat mir sofort etwas arrangiert! Die Mitarbeiter sind eine 10/10!
The most difficult part was getting to the hotel, but then all of my worries disappeared. The staff was absolutely brilliant! Starting with Peri at the reception and the others- I didn't get their names. Great bar staff- Ismail (Smiley), Aydin, and the other guys. The whole atmosphere was so warm and friendly. The hotel was at the seafront, and I just needed to cross the street to get to the beach. The food was just the food I like. The room was cleaned regularly. I was worried as a woman I was going on my first solo trip to Turkey, but I couldn't feel any safer! I thought I would be bored, but there was always something happening.
Me and my boyfriend visited this hotel in Sept 2025, the day we arrived someone else who was staying at the hotel warned us about the food as her partner had suffered from food poisoning. By the Thursday evening, both myself and my boyfriend also had food poisoning. Most certainly not a good experience.
