✓My first stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, which is why I decided to return for a second year. Unfortunately, this time the experience was a complete disappointment. The biggest issue was the attitude and behaviour of one of the reception staff members, Firat. His behaviour was extremely unpleasant, rude, and unprofessional. On one occasion, when I made a simple request, he actually stood up, came very close to my face, and spoke to me in an unnecessarily loud and intimidating tone. I have stayed in many hotels, but I have honestly never experienced such inappropriate and disrespectful behaviour from a member of the front desk staff. His attitude was not only unfriendly but also completely lacking in professionalism and basic courtesy. I was also disappointed to see that he did not offer any assistance even when luggage was being taken out, including when a female guest clearly needed help. This kind of behaviour is simply unacceptable for someone working at the reception of a hotel and having direct contact with guests. It is especially disappointing because my first experience at this hotel was so positive. Unfortunately, the behaviour of this particular staff member significantly affected my overall impression of the hotel and completely changed my opinion from the previous year. The one bright spot during this stay was Rifaii, who works in the breakfast and dinner service. He was consistently kind, attentive, polite, and genuinely professional. His attitude towards guests was exactly what one would expect from a hospitality professional, and he deserves to be recognized for his excellent service. Overall, I left this time feeling extremely disappointed. A hotel can have beautiful facilities and good services, but the attitude and professionalism of its staff make a huge difference. Unfortunately, my experience at reception this year was unacceptable and has seriously affected my willingnesse to return.

!camera nedelatizata ..plina cu acarieni, am plecat cu mușcături de plosnita, apărute din prima zi dupa cazare...personalul de la curetenie super ok,nu vad o vina asupra lor..pe fiecare zi treceau prin camera...se vedea trecerea lor chiar daca eu nu eram acolo
