✓The location is great. Staff are so friendly, the cleaning ladies kept checking on us and offered water , coffee and towels , they were very nice

!The room was full of humidity and mould, we couldn’t even breathe properly at night , when I raised this with the receptionist , he informed me that this is a common problem with cave hotels ( despite our hotel was not a genuine cave ) , I explained to him that people with asthma would have suffered , he told me that people with asthma should not come to Cappadocia ! When I suggested he should put a note on booking.com to warn people of this problem , he said it is their responsibility to learn about Cappadocia before they come , I disagreed and I write this now to help people make their decisions , despite these disagreements , he was nice and friendly .

!La pulizia poteva essere un pochino più profonda; l’attesa a cena al ristorante dell’hotel.

✓Struttura bellissima, personale gentilissimo e posizione ottima in piena armonia con il paesaggio

!La colazione un po’ scarsa, poco internazionale
