Rien
Having stayed in various hotels in Kars, the Kars Hotel stands out by far; the location is perfect, next to a quiet side street of the main street connecting the centre to the castle. Most importantly, the Kars Hotel offers a level of cleanliness and design not easily found in this part of the world (everything worked, nothing was damaged, design of the hotel was sophisticated, staff very professional, food excellent). This hotel is in fact so good, that one wonders why other hotels struggle to reach this level of hospitality. And not to neglect: the price was very reasonable. We will definitely stay in the suite of the Kars Hotel again next time, highly recommended!
It was very nice, very clean and quiet. Very good breakfast, very friendly staff. Their English is surprisingly good. They offered us a perfect stay in Kars. The bed is very comfortable and we slept well.
