Kaila Beach Hotel - All Inclusive★★★★★

✓Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Unser Aufenthalt im Kaila Beach war eine große Enttäuschung. Neben dem bereits bezahlten Reservierungspreis wurden wir mit zusätzlichen und versteckten Gebühren konfrontiert. Der größte Skandal: Selbst für den normalen Safe im Zimmer wird eine tägliche Gebühr verlangt! So etwas haben wir wirklich noch nie erlebt. Hier scheint die Devise zu sein: „Für alles noch einmal extra Geld verlangen.“ Ein völlig unakzeptabler Umgang mit Gästen. Eine Ausnahme gibt es jedoch: Mit dem Spa und der Massage waren wir sehr zufrieden. Trotzdem empfehlen wir das Kaila Beach insgesamt nicht und werden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht wieder buchen. Überlegt es euch zweimal, bevor ihr hier reserviert!

!Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum! Kaila Beach’te konaklamamız büyük bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Ödenen rezervasyon ücretinin dışında ek ve gizli ücretlerle karşılaştık. En büyük skandal ise odadaki normal kasa için bile günlük ücret talep edilmesi! Hayatımızda gerçekten hiçbir yerde böyle bir uygulamayla karşılaşmadık. Burada sanki anlayış şu: “Her şeyden bir kez daha ekstra para alalım.” Misafire karşı kesinlikle kabul edilemez bir yaklaşım. Ancak bir istisna var: Spa ve masaj hizmetinden çok memnun kaldık. Buna rağmen genel olarak Kaila Beach’i kesinlikle önermiyoruz ve bu otelde bir daha asla konaklamayacağız. Burada rezervasyon yapmadan önce iki kez düşünün!

✓What we liked most about the hotel was its great location, close to the bazaar and the beach. Our room and the hotel were very clean. The private beach was absolutely fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious, with a great variety of choices. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

!The only things we didn’t like were the view from our room, which faced another hotel, and the noise from the evening shows there, which made our room quite noisy at night. The air conditioning was also not working very well.
