Otelin konumu ideal. Odalar temiz ve rahat. Eşyalar yeterli. Terası harika. Personel ilgili ve çalışkan. Teşekkür ederiz.
Genel olarak iyiydi. Personeller güler yüzlü. Sadece odadaki tuvalet banyo daha hijyen olabilirdi. Yine de olumsuz bir düşüncemiz yok. Otel zaten bir aile ortamı gibi. Eski Mardin denilen tarihi mekanların tam ortasında. Yer olarak tamda olması gerektiği gibi.
Kasım ortasında gitmemize rağmen hiç üşümedik, personel iletişimi çok iyi ve çok yardımseverler, konumu süper. Mardin’e her gelişimizde kalmayı düşüneceğim tek yer. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
Staff and managers were friendly and helpful. However, shower box partitions were mouldy.
