The location of the property was suburb and the architectural design was very unique, however the room with first day at was extremely noisy as it was on the corner of the ticker booth of the viewpoint. We couldn’t sleep at all that night from the high noise level. I spoke to the receptionist and he kindly mentioned the matter to the manager and she made arrangements in another room, which was very kind of them. She made every effort for us to be happy and comfortable so thank you SEYDA hanim and BERAT BEY for your professionalism and kindness. My husband and I was also surprised at how swiftly and thoroughly CEMALETTIN BEY went through housekeeping matters as soon as we arrived. Because we couldn’t check in early, he organised a whole day tour for us on the spot so we got to make use of the day we arrived (as we arrived very early but it was very last minute so we really appreciated that). He was extremely respectful and kind in his approach too. . Thank you!
A few guests wanted to eat upstairs, but it wasn’t open even though the weather was nice on the first day we arrived. The breakfast wasn’t open buffet so I don’t think it would’ve been a problem. There was no window in the room we were upgraded to and it felt quite claustrophobic after a few hours in there but there was a window in the bathroom that could not be closed and it got quite cold at night on the second day.
Clean, beautiful, friendly, accommodating, perfect location. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed. I had one of the highest rooms, so the view was amazing right from my windows.
There was not one thing I did not like. Professionals here.
Tutto molto bello
