✓Muhteşem bir otel çalışanlar inanılmaz güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Sahil havuzlar olanaklar harika. Kahvaltı yemekler çok iyi. Bodrum'da öncelikli tercihim olacak !

✓Location in Bitez is right on the beach and close to other restaurants.

!The hotel is not 5 stars - it it outdated and many parts abandoned. There is a giant tv screen in the front garden that advertises at night until late shining into windows without blackout curtains. The music is all AI in the beach restaurant where you eat. Gym is damp and dark. Simple request for an iron was met with response that the laundry was closed - it was early evening and wanted to iron my dress before going out. Bathroom roof tiles falling off, loose door handles that had to be jiggled to open room - given the amount we paid it was so disappointing.

✓Great beach location and probably the nicest property along the beachfront. Some of the staff were very nice. And great facilities - pool, spa, beach sun loungers etc.

!The property felt very dated and definitely not like a five star, the staff were hit or miss - some very nice while some were indifferent, walls in the room are paper thin and not very well equipped (no iron for example), and the food was not good - especially the breakfast.
