The people who worked there were absolutely wonderful and helpful. The taxi service they are connected to was very helpful in providing pickup and were extremely kind. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful when we wanted to eat our take away at a table in the dining area. I was able to get the rest I needed in my transition from one country to another and they were able to store my excess baggage.
Unfortunately, there was a discrepancy between Booking.com's information and the hotel's. Neither side was able to provide the reconcile while I was there.
