- Funcionários bastante prestaveis e simpáticos
- Existia muito pó nos móveis e candeeiros. - Ar condicionado apenas no quarto principal e com pouca capacidade, mesmo a trabalhar sempre no máximo quarto tinha dificuldade para arrefecer. - tem cortinas mas praticamente não tapam a luz exterior - o hotel é perto do centro mas numa zona mais degradada da cidade.

Staff were very friendly and attentive, at reception and breakfast area, they helped us with tours and were very accommodating. Breakfast was good, we could use the pool, and we could walk everywhere.
Cleanliness could be better, the location is convenient as we could walk everywhere, however it is not on the main side of Goreme.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Excellent service, spacious and very clean rooms, beautifully decorated in a traditional style, with a balcony. The breakfast buffet was generous, and the terrace offers an incredible view. There is also a swimming pool and an excellent location, as you can park your car at the hotel and walk to the town center, just a few minutes away. A special mention to the outstanding service from the staff. They are very kind and helpful, and they can also arrange excursions for you. I would definitely come back!
