A wonderful host. When I was about to check in, I suddenly realized that I had lost my passport and completely panicked and started crying. He made me some warm tea, gave me water, and stayed with me, comforting me the whole time. He was incredibly kind and caring, and told me that I could contact him anytime if I needed anything. The location is also excellent. The Grand Bazaar is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. I highly recommend staying here!
The view was beautiful especially the dawn views of the balloon launches. Staff was courteous and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good and wholesome, and the ambiance was nice. The hotel manager was able to offer assistance and answer any questions to our convenience.
A bit of a climb, but otherwise close enough to city center and activities and restaurants.
Fantastic hotel! Breakfast was delicious and hearty with great variety. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the owner was warm and welcoming. Beautiful surroundings, clean and well-equipped facilities. The location is perfect – just 10 minutes from the best sunrise and sunset viewpoints. Highly recommend!
