- Cleanliness: Generally described as clean and spacious in multiple reviews, though some notes about absence of included cleaning, slight odor on some towels and a recommendation to improve laundry service.
- Service: Hosts repeatedly described as very responsive, helpful and quick to solve issues (fast replies, early check-in arranged, quick toilet/leak solutions).
- Location: Consistently praised: excellent placement near Istiklal Caddesi and Galata Tower, good views and proximity to main attractions; lively neighborhood with many cafes.
- Room Quality: Multiple negatives cited: leaks in the apartment, problems with the toilet/bathroom, worn bathroom/property, a squeaky bed and at least one review asking for a mattress replacement; low mansard ceiling can be problematic.
- Amenities: Well-equipped apartments noted (full appliances, kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, big TV) and a very convenient large supermarket in the building.
- Value for Money: Standard quality for this hotel tier.
- Food and Beverage: No hotel restaurant mentioned but a convenient and large food shop/supermarket in the building is repeatedly highlighted as a positive.
- Overall Experience: Overall positive guest sentiment with many praising the apartment, view and location and recommending the property despite a number of maintenance issues.
Watch out for: Apartment had leaks reported in multiple instances · Bed creaks; mattress reported as needing replacement · Bathroom/toilet issues and worn bathroom/property · No included cleaning service; laundry/towel service could be improved · Some towels had slight odour · Low mansard ceiling in places — headroom issues · Steep access/uphill approach (difficult for elderly) · Sofa not a true sofa-bed (small two-seater only)

Location, cleanliness, smooth onboarding, view
Nothing, all is good
Great location, spacious
Pillows and mattress not great. No cover for bedspread
