We LOVED the history, and the staff were amazing! During our stay we had half board and told the chef we'd had a crispy pumpkin dish in Gerome and wondered if she could make it for our dinner. She was very kind and arranged to have it brought to the hotel for our dessert! The rooms are LARGE, well appointed and very comfortable. Having a French press in the room with fresh coffee and loose leaf teas is one of the treats we enjoyed while at the Four Mansions.
There are no elevators in the hotel. We had several pieces of luggage that we had to climb steps with. That is our one and only item for improvement.
