- Cleanliness: Mixed mentions: several guests describe the flat as 'very clean' with fresh linens, but at least one review reports the bathroom was not especially clean and there was an unpleasant bathroom odor — overall slightly positive but inconsistent.
- Service: Generally positive: multiple guests praise the service ('Amazing service, 5 star', thanks from guests) and contactless check-in instructions were provided — service sentiment is clearly favorable.
- Location: Strongly positive: many reviews highlight an excellent location, steps from the Galata Tower and close to main shopping streets and attractions.
- Room Quality: Mixed-to-negative: while several guests call the apartment spacious and beautiful, key complaints about sleep quality are significant (very soft mattress that sags, mismatched bedding, very high/hard pillows, and sofa-bed not suitable for sleep). Narrow, steep stairs also affect room accessibility — overall leans negative due to sleep comfort issues.
- Amenities: Mixed: some positive notes (towels, slippers, heating, AC, large TV/YouTube), but there is a clear complaint about very scarce/insufficient kitchenware (vajilla) which impacted the stay — net slightly negative.
- Value for Money: Not mentioned explicitly in reviews; assigned target overall rating.
- Food and Beverage: No mentions of food or beverage services in the reviews; assigned target overall rating.
- Overall Experience: Mixed overall: several enthusiastic, highly positive stays (beautiful, very clean, recommend), but a notable review cites fundamental issues (bed comfort, cleanliness smell, insufficient kitchenware, difficult stairs) that lower the aggregate experience slightly.
Watch out for: Uncomfortable mattress / bedding issues · Very limited kitchenware (insufficient vajilla) · Narrow, steep stairs to third-floor unit (accessibility concern) · Occasional unpleasant bathroom odor · Sofa bed not suitable for sleeping

Location close to Metro and to the historic sites in Istanbul. View from the balcony was very nice.
Couch had a lot of stains on it, and the bed sagged toward the middle. When we needed an extra towel and blanket and some information about check-in, the host was away from Wi-Fi and didn’t immediately respond, but was very responsive thereafter.
Excellent location, very close to Galata tower (2 mins), Istiklal street and Karakoy tram..
A beautiful 1+1 bedroom apartment in a fantastic location, just a few minutes’ walk from Galata Tower. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There are plenty of great cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby, and many of Istanbul’s main attractions are within walking distance. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We truly felt at home during our stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul. Highly recommended! Thank you for everything!
Close to metro. Close to Galata tower. Building has character. Manager was flexible. Apartment was clean. A balcony overlooking the street.
I could recommend extra sheets in the closet. I did not have a problem at all with the stairs; they were fun actually, like a steep wooden spiral staircase in a way; I just mention it to say if you have carry on bags, you’re good, if you have checked bags it would be challenging.
