!Very disappointing experience بنصحش فيه بسبب العنصريه والمعامله السيئه ! دفعوني ع طفل سنتين 900 يورو Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and not at all what we expected from a hotel of this level. First, upon arrival, when the staff realized that we were Israeli guests, they refused to help us with our luggage from the taxi. This was very unpleasant and made us feel unwelcome from the very beginning. We were also charged €900 for our child, who was only 2 years and 1 month old. According to the hotel's policy, if he had been one month younger and had not yet turned 2, we would not have had to pay this amount. So we were essentially charged €900 simply because our child had turned 2 one month earlier. Booking.com contacted the hotel by email, but the hotel did not respond. They also tried to contact Booking.com by phone without success. After many attempts, we were told to pay because the responsible team was on holiday and that the money might be refunded the following day. However, the next day, we were not refunded anything. What makes this even more frustrating is that the same child was not allowed to use the amusement facilities because he was under 5 years old, and he was also not allowed to stay in the kids' club. So we were charged €900 for a child who could not use many of the facilities. We received absolutely nothing extra in return for this payment — no larger room, no extra bed, no additional service, nothing. There were also many mosquitoes throughout the hotel, especially around the amusement area and near the large theatre. This was very unpleasant and should be addressed by the hotel. Another very serious issue happened on August 21 at around 3:00 AM, when the hotel alarm went off and the entire hotel was evacuated. We had to wake up, take our children and run outside in the middle of the night. Later, we were told that it was a false alarm caused by a software/program problem.

✓Holul hotelului este spectaculos. Personalul de la restaurant e amabil si implicat. Pestele foarte bun, variat si gatit in multe feluri.

!Experienta cu personalul de la receptie a fost neplacuta de la un capat la altul. Cum am ajuns mi-au mai cerut 820 de euro, pentru ca la ei in sistem vedeau copilul todler (nu de 8 ani). Mi-au cerut diferenta de bani CASH si au insistat sa mergem sa scoatem banii de la bancomat - atentie: sa aveti cash cu voi, deoarece am platit cea mai mare rata de schimb. Revenind la personal, acesta nu incearca sa ajute cu nimic, ci doar comunica ce nu se poate. In plus, trebuie sa umbli cu o mizerie de bratara de hartie la mana - daca o pierzi, platesti inca 100 de euro. Unul dintre copiii din grupul meu are sindrom down si a pierdut-o. Cand a revenit in hotel fara bratara, paznicii au facut o scena de toata jena, de parca era un infractor prins cu droguri la aeroport. Locul de joaca pt copii e mult sub ce am vazut la alte hoteluri de 5 stele - Anthalya. E mai mult o casuta bifata. Sunt niste poze pe site un un parc de distractii. De fapt nu e mare lucru si il deschid doar 2 ore seara, in timpul cinei, astfel incat sa nu poti beneficia. Toboganele cu apa: mi-am ars talpile la propiu din cauza ca scarile nu sunt protejate cu nimic. Betonul se incinge si trebuie sa alergi pe ele pentru ca nu poti sa calci normal. Au fost si niste tevi sparte in preajma togoganelor, lucru care ne forta sa trecem prin niste baltoace mai intai; nu le-a reparat nimeni in spatamana in care am fost noi acolo. Personalul de la curatenie se straduia foarte mult, insa era subdimensionat, asa ca inevitabil curatenia era facuta pe fuga si doar prin locurile esentiale. Cu siguranta nu voi mai reveni la acest hotel
