✓This is an amazing spot for a vacation! The staff is incredibly guest-friendly, the restaurant offers superb cuisine, and there's a cozy and convenient beach right nearby. I’d like to highlight the hotel management’s attentive approach to guests. Special mention goes to the hotel director, Ercan, the lifeguard, Levant, and practically every waiter in the restaurant. My family and I felt completely at home. Thank you!

✓⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing stay! My partner and I had the most wonderful stay here! The hotel is beautiful – clean, modern, and with such a great atmosphere. The restaurant was fantastic, with delicious food both for breakfast and dinner, and the beach club was the perfect place to relax, enjoy great music, and take in the beautiful view. The service overall was truly exceptional – every staff member was friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. I especially want to mention Ridvan from the beach club – he is absolutely amazing! Always smiling, attentive, and gives 100% every single time. He really made our experience extra special. We loved everything about this place and will definitely be coming back! ❤️

✓At first glance, Day One Alanya seems like a good choice – a beautiful area, modern rooms, and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the reality was far from what we expected. Noise problem: The hotel is located right next to a busy main road, and the soundproofing is almost non-existent. Traffic noise goes on day and night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. We were waking up around 5 a.m. every morning because of the constant car noise. Restaurant and service: The restaurant experience was very disappointing. The food quality was poor, and the staff attitude – especially from the restaurant manager – was unacceptable. After we politely asked to replace undercooked potatoes, the manager simply threw the same ones back into the oil and brought them back soaked in grease. From that moment, he even stopped greeting us. This level of disrespect toward guests is shocking for a hotel claiming 5 stars. Honestly, I don’t recommend eating at the hotel at all – just 100–200 meters away, there are plenty of much better and cheaper restaurants. Front desk: The reception staff were also unprofessional. When we asked about the possibility of a late check-out, the receptionist immediately said “no” without even asking for our room number or details. Overall: The hotel itself looks good, but the unbearable noise, poor food, and unprofessional service ruined our stay. Definitely not a 5-star experience – more like 2 out of 5.
