Sayın Yetkili, Otelinizdeki konaklamamla ilgili olarak sizlere şikâyetimi bildirmek istiyorum. Öncelikle belirtmek isterim ki, otelinize giriş (check-in) saati 14:00 olmasına rağmen, ben saat 16:00’da otele gelmiş olmama karşın odam hâlâ hazır değildi. Ayrıca, odaya yerleştikten sonra da temizlik yeterli şekilde yapılmamıştı. İkinci olarak değinmek istediğim konu ise, çıkış günümde yaşadığım olumsuzluktur. Yanımda bulunan dolu alkol şişemi odamda unuttuğumu birkaç saat sonra fark ettim. Henüz otelden ayrılmamış olmama rağmen, şişeyi geri talep ettiğimde, bana bu ürünün çöpe atıldığının söylenmesi Ayrıca belirtmek isterim ki, bu oteldeki konaklamam ilk deneyimim değildir. Ancak üzülerek ifade etmeliyim ki, bu yıl otelinizde kalmak benim için oldukça hayal kırıklığı yaratıcı olmuştur.
