The food was excellent and reasonably varied
The room was supposed to have a sea view and in the prescription mentioned having pool view and see , but unfortunately, it overlooked the neighboring resort; I had to lean out over the balcony just to catch a glimpse of the sea. When I complained that the room didn't match what I had booked , their response was simply: "We apologize, but the hotel is fully booked and all thefamily deluxe rooms does not have a see view as the resort designed as an aircraft; we will look for another room for you tomorrow"—unbelievable! There were also delays in housekeeping; despite calling room service and putting up the "clean room" sign, I returned two hours later to find it hadn't been cleaned at all. When they finally did clean it, they merely made the beds hastily and changed the towels. On the bright side, however, they helped me celebrate my sister's birthday by providing a complimentary dinner at one of the restaurants.
