One Big familiy - High service ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I want to thank the Big Blue Suite Hotel Team for making our vacation memorable. We are a family with teenagers and stayed for 7 nights. Keep in mind, this is a 4-star hotel—small but cozy, with very welcoming staff. The food was delicious and diverse. There were pool activities, an evening disco, and music. We were on the 1st floor, next to the terrace, so evenings can be loud. But after 23:00, it is ok. Manager Ismail was very helpful during check-in and excels at his role. All staff, from the bars to the reception, were helpful. Thank you all!
Dirty room, no tissue most times, cleaners will cheat and not clean properly, no detergents for toilet, poor communication. Throughout the stay ni proper Turkish food at all
