The location is practical. But not a huge win vs other hotels.
Value for money is not worth it. You pay a premium price for rooms that are very worn down. Furniture is broken and scratched, the bathroom sink was broken in half and glued. The shower heads in both rooms we stayed 28 and 21 were missing rubber and was very very dirty with calcium. The floor of the shower was made of wood but was moldy and soft. All the wood furniture was scratched and beaten up at the corners. This is not a 400 USD price hotel. Is a 150usd hotel. We also had various bad experiences. My wife asked for a softer pillow 4 times and they took 48hours to give is one. It was actually offered. They didn't clean our room even when we left the hotel at 9am in the morning and came back 6pm, because we didn't put the sign clean our room outside (something we were not told). And over all the bed is way too soft (feels worn out), the covers are short!!, they don't fall on the sides. So my wife and I had to fight for the cover at night. The service wasn't too kind either. We told them about the bathroom condition and no one came to check and at least clean the shower heads. So it's a hotel that I would not recommend.
