- Cleanliness: Mixed reports: one guest explicitly reports an unclean, malfunctioning bathroom and general wear; other guests mention a clean room. Overall leans negative due to the reported dirty bathroom and maintenance issues.
- Service: Mostly praised across multiple reviews for attentive, helpful reception and staff (upgrades and friendly treatment), but one severe negative report accuses staff of extortion and pressuring for a 10/10 rating—net positive but polarized.
- Location: Consistently positive: several guests highlight a great, well-connected location and easy walking access, with nice views from the breakfast/terrace area.
- Room Quality: Mixed: some guests received spacious, sea-view rooms and report roomy, heated accommodations; others report worn rooms, malfunctioning switches/heating, squeaky bed and a very small shower — overall slightly negative.
- Amenities: Minor positive: terrace and pleasant breakfast area are appreciated, and upgrades to sea-view rooms are noted; breakfast area is small but attractive.
- Value for Money: Significant negative due to a detailed complaint about attempted extra charges, demanded payments, and misleading room size claims—this strongly undermines perceived value.
- Food and Beverage: Mixed: praised for a great breakfast view and pleasant breakfast terrace, but one guest describes the breakfast as sparse; overall slightly positive for ambiance but average on variety/quantity.
- Overall Experience: Mixed overall: several enthusiastic recommendations and repeat-stay intent, counterbalanced by one strongly negative, no-recommendation experience due to staff behavior and room issues; overall slightly positive but conflicted.
Watch out for: Serious complaint about attempted extra charges and coercion to give a 10/10 rating · Reported worn rooms with malfunctioning switches, heating issues, squeaky bed · Dirty/broken bathroom for at least one guest · Breakfast described as sparse by one guest · Very small shower in some rooms / misrepresented room size

Lage und Ausblick sind wunderschön!
Bad ist etwas klein, vor allem die Dusche
NOTHING EVERYTHING BAD
VERY SMALL ROOM VERY BAD SMELL FROM THE BATHROOM
