We arrived with 3 fully loaded touring bikes which were pretty grubby. The staff were so welcoming and helped us unload and put the bikes in a storage cupboard. They let us use their hose and water to clean them next day. We were offered tea or coffee frequently - which was delicious and the breakfasts were so extensive and tasty. Hot showers with good water pressure and a great central location. Ibrahim and his team helped us with trips as well. They were brilliant.
