das Personal im Restaurant war sehr nett, das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Leider war eine Dame im "Müşteri Ilişkiler"sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Die Lifeguard am Strand ist top, sie macht ihre Arbeit mit Leib und Seele.Man hat dich sicher gefühlt, da sie sehr aufmerksam ist.Das Meer war sehr wellig und auch sehr dreckig.Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut, was uns sehr gestört hat, war die Lautstärke durch die Musik und auch die Kinder. Ich als Lehrerin empfand es sehr laut und störend, schließlich möchte man im Urlaub sich auch ausruhen.
Kaffee grotten schlecht. Bei einem 5 sterne hotel hätte ich mir mehr erwartet. Speiseauswahl hätte auch besser sein können. Das Meer war immer sehr wellig. Keine chance mit einem kleinkind ins meer zu gehen. Sehr gute nachspeisen. Freundliches Personal. Saubere Zimmer.
