Travreel synthesis
We watched 3 guest videos — here's the honest picture
The balloon view, verified: A guest filmed the dawn spectacle from the terrace in Ultra HD.
Complimentary tea-and-pastry buffet: on that terrace, per the licensed listing.
9.3/10: from nearly 380 verified stays.
Cave-suite norms: Underground-living charm with the usual steps and dimness — the "underground living" tour shows it exactly.

The location of this hotel for balloon viewing is fabulous. There were lovely touches to celebrate my husband's birthday...a cake and bowl of fruit. We chose the honeymoon suite so that we could enjoy the spa bath with a view. It was enormous....
The spa bath was so big - too big for two and took an age to fill, when you turn the jets on there was a strong smell of sulphur. The cave suite is authentic, but therefore comes with a downside of a smell of dampness and lots of black mold in the bathroom. ...although the cleaning staff kept it as immaculate as possible. If you are brave, driving up to their car park can be done, but not all taxis will take you right up to the hotel and no minibuses /vans can make it up to collect you. We are pleased we tried it...and the location was memorable, but it is an extremely expensive option if you choose a premium room with so many choices in Goreme to be had.
Wonderful view, Super kind staffs, Delicious breakfast.
