- Cleanliness: Multiple reviewers describe the property as extremely new, modern and impeccably clean; rooms and common areas tended to daily.
- Service: Staff repeatedly noted as very friendly, helpful and professional (named staff praised for assistance and quick resolution of issues).
- Location: Good location with nice views and an easy walk to Bodrum marina/city centre mentioned by several guests.
- Room Quality: Rooms are described as new, spacious and stylish, but recurring complaints about very hard/high pillows and a thin duvet in winter lowered this score.
- Amenities: Pools, jacuzzi and gym are highlighted as good facilities and well maintained, though pools were unused in winter because water was cold and jacuzzi only slightly warm.
- Value for Money: Several reviews call the apartments excellent value and mention competitive pricing for the facilities and quality offered.
- Food and Beverage: Major negative: no onsite restaurant or food options and nearby restaurants were closed in the off-season; lack of F&B availability was a significant drawback for guests.
- Overall Experience: Generally positive experiences (clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great location) but overall stay was noticeably impacted by food-service shortcomings and some room comfort issues, yielding a slightly negative net.
Watch out for: Pillows too hard / duvet too thin in winter · No onsite restaurant / limited food options (off-season closures) · Pools too cold in winter; jacuzzi barely warm at times
