Todo estaba bien
La ubicación. La habitación es muy amplia y buen equipada, hasta el baño tiene bañera de hidromasaje y la cama es comodísima. El desayuno no es buffet. Te lo sirven en la mesa y tiene mucha variedad. El personal es muy agradable. Berk, el recepcionista, te ayuda con todo lo que necesites y puedes contratar las excursiones a buen precio con él

L’orario indicato per il check-in - sia dal sistema di Booking che dal messaggio inviatomi dallo staff post avvenuta prenotazione - era 00: peccato che, il giorno dell’arrivo, mi dicono che la stanza non sarebbe stata pronta prima delle 12:30 (ci è poi stata consegnata alle 12). Lo staff alla reception non era particolarmente cordiale: ogni qual volta veniva chiesta un’informazione, c’era un velo di seccatura nelle risposte.
