Location
We booked a 10-night stay at this 5-star hotel, but our experience was completely ruined from the very beginning. The hotel completely fails to meet basic hygiene and 5-star standards. During our short stay, we were moved through three different rooms, and every single one of them had severe sanitary issues, including visible stains and hair in the beds. It was clear that the entire property suffers from a systemic lack of cleanliness. Because of these unacceptable health and safety conditions, we had no choice but to check out early after just 1 night. Even though the hotel acknowledged our early departure in an official letter, they refused to issue a fair refund for the unused nights. We had to dispute the transaction through our payment provider with full photo evidence. Save your money, your nerves, and look for a genuinely clean place instead.
