Cave is really cool to stay in, staff we're lovely making a fantastic breakfast as well as offered some well priced tours.

Solo lo staff!!! Sono stati molto gentili e disponibili alle nostre richieste, anche se non hanno potuto cambiarci la stanza grazie a Booking che ha acquistato questa camera.
La stanza acquistata da Booking era un incubo! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un verme nel letto, puzza di muffa e di fogna in tutta la stanza. Sassolini che si sgretolavano dal soffitto e ci cadevano sui letti mentre dormivamo. Nel bagno gocciolava del liquido proveniente da una ventola posta nel soffitto. Umidità, sporco e puzza! Ragnatele ovunque lì da mesi. Sulla prenotazione fatta tramite Booking la stanza avrebbe dovuto avere la vasca idromassaggio mentre c’era solo una vasca normale anch’essa piena di sassi provenienti dal soffitto con rubinetti arrugginiti. Il nostro soggiorno è stato un incubo ma la cosa peggiore è stata la totale ASSENZA DI ASSISTENZA CLIENTI DA PARTE DI BOOKING!!! Non effettuerò mai più nessuna prenotazione con loro!!
