Très beau resort dans un cadre agréable. Kids Club récemment rénové, excellent, très bien conçu et organisé, avec de beaux espaces intérieurs et extérieurs adaptés aux différents âges. Ouvert de 10h à minuit, il offre une vraie souplesse et permet aux parents de profiter de moments de repos. Restaurant enfants à proximité immédiate. Solution appréciable également proposée pour notre late check-out.
Le principal point faible reste malheureusement le service, en dessous du niveau attendu d’un 5 étoiles Premium : débarrassage très insuffisant au restaurant, service irrégulier et accueil parfois peu agréable aux bars. Wi-Fi faible et instable selon les zones de l’hôtel. Certains mobiliers extérieurs sont vieillissants malgré les rénovations en cours. Spectacles corrects mais sans véritable effet « wow ». Réassort des consommables en chambre irrégulier et qualité assez moyenne des produits d’accueil (shampoing, gel douche, etc.) pour cette catégorie d’établissement. Nous avons également subi un bruit technique permanent à proximité de notre chambre, gênant pour profiter pleinement du balcon et du calme recherché. Un établissement avec de vrais atouts, particulièrement pour les familles, mais qui doit encore progresser sur la qualité et surtout la régularité du service pour être pleinement au niveau de son positionnement Premium.
