1. 不给开发票甚至收据，没法报销，投诉过也没用 2. 国外住户基本上只给低层房间，和高层风景完全不一样 3. 每天早餐都一样，难以下咽 4. 临街，噪音比较大
The staff were excellent and helpful, especially Mehmet who also helped us with our luggage and at the reception Emir and Bilal were amazing, very polite and eager to help.
