✓I have requested an extra bed in our “Deluxe Plus” room, and when I slept on it, I had several bite marks on my arms and legs (in the pattern that bedbugs bite, in clusters or in lines), and my mom, who slept in another bed had nothing on her. After checking the bed, I saw that the mattress was covered in yellow stains, and tiny blood marks, indicating bedbugs. This can be further proven by chipped wood behind the headboard of the bed frame. I had complained to management regarding this, and was told that “I have yellow stains on my mattress too”. Ok? But your house isn’t a so called luxury holiday where it’s nearly £200 per night. So we have been deflected by them and been sent on our way. So with clear indications of bedbugs, we have been ignored. They don’t care for their extra portable beds, which to be honest wasn’t even comfortable. Regardless, if you are planning on staying here, don’t bother, just have a dinner at the restaurant and leave, since that’s the only good part.
