location is perfect. 2 min from all the most important landmarks staff is very sweet and helpful. street car stop right in front of the hotel. This takes you all over the city, easy to use, pay with a tap with your cc. Lots of things walkable from this hotel but if you need to move to a different part of town, it is very convenient.
room was not the room I booked for the first night. Next room had a leak in the bathroom that was not fixed. They came several times after I reported this and it looked like they were going to fix it but they did not. I thought they would offer another room but they did not it leaked from the ceiling above the toilet.
One of the most pleasant stays we have ever had anywhere in the world. Exceptional hosts, delightful authentic breakfast selection and perfect location. We were upgraded to a larger room at no charge.
The economy rooms are very small - pay the extra for a standard room. However, rooms in this part of Istanbul are typically small anyway.

Nothing but I wish the sofa bed is pull out sofa bed instead of two sofa combined.(positive input though)and I slept fine but for other people who has difficulty to climb out of the sofa maybe not.
