✓Rating: 1/10 Extremely disappointing experience. I strongly advise travelers to think twice before booking this property. We booked through Booking.com for my parents and informed the property about their early arrival. When they arrived, there was no proper reception service available. They were given access to the premises, but what they encountered was completely different from what we expected based on the listing. The property appeared poorly maintained and dirty, with unacceptable cleanliness standards, while the surrounding location felt unsafe and uncomfortable, making my parents unwilling to stay there. They felt uncomfortable and unsafe and decided not to stay. Despite not spending a single night at the property, we lost the entire amount paid.

!Even worse, the property owner refused to authorize a refund. When I contacted him, he explicitly stated that our money was still with Booking.com and told me to contact them instead. He subsequently blocked me on WhatsApp. And lied about all the details on booking.com to take our money ! Booking.com then informed us that the owner had refused to approve the refund, leaving us without accommodation, without our money, and without any satisfactory resolution. The lack of professionalism, customer service, and willingness to resolve the situation was shocking. We paid for four nights, stayed ZERO nights, and received ZERO refund. I would never book this property again. I strongly recommend that future guests carefully reconsider before making a reservation here, especially if they value reliable communication, transparency, and customer service. One of the worst booking experiences we’ve ever had.
