!If I can give this hotel negative stars I would. Upon arrival the hotel manager was rude and antisocial. The room itself was dingy, dirty and the windows wouldn't close properly and there was no soundproofing so all night we heard the nightlife. On our first night, I used the bathroom and the bidet broke and sprayed water continuously at a high pressure, soaking the entire bathroom, the walls, the floors, and myself. My partner had to hold the toilet lid down with his foot so that the room didn't flood. When I went to call reception, the phone fell apart. I had to go downstairs to ask the hotel manager. I was offered no apology, the cleaner only mopped the floor and didn't replace any of our soaked towels, and the hotel manager shut off the water but when we asked to change rooms, he shouted NO! to us and stormed off, not telling us anything else. Later, he came up and "fixed" the bidet but when I asked again to change rooms since everything was still wet and I couldn't trust the bidet anymore, he shouted no again. We asked for compensation, nothing. We said we want to cancel the rest of our stay and get a refund, he again refused rudely. So we said we'd do it through booking.com and he said go do that then, and left our room slamming the door behind him. When we'd packed up and left the hotel, he said nothing to us as we handed back the keycard. We never once raised our voices, were polite the entire time. I don't know why we were treated like this at all, but all I know is that whatever you do, do not stay here.
