They show us a room on booking and when we arrives there they tried to give us small room an the 1st floor, after we argue with them they changed our room to better one but the air conditioning was not working and we ask them to bring someone to fix they come but didn’t fix, the service was very bad , never book this hotel if cannot get refund, it was very bad experience and we only stayed there because we have already paid all the money on booking and its non refundable.
