✓Une expérience horrible. Les chambres ne sont pas du tout comme dans les photos. Le niveau de propreté est très tres faible. Murs délabrés, traces de pieds et mains sur les murs, équipements cassés, feinte de pigeons à côté des fenêtres. La salle de bains affreuse, la douche très sale. En plus de tout ça, ça puait la clope dans la chambre et dans les couloirs. Petit-déjeuner ridicule. Je pense vraiment le pire hôtel de ma vie. Fuyez ça !

✓Dear Sir/Madam, Before booking your hotel, I called to ask specifically about parking. The lady I spoke with said there was parking just 2 minutes away but never mentioned it was off-site and paid. When I arrived, I was told the parking was not part of the hotel and had an extra cost. I called the same lady again, and she changed her statement, then refused to acknowledge what she had originally said. I explained that I had booked based on the claim of free parking, which also appeared on your website. When I asked to cancel due to this misinformation, I was told, “We don’t cancel. If you want to leave, you can go,” and no refund would be provided. I found this response unprofessional and disappointing. Check-in was also poor — we waited 20–25 minutes for a room key despite having a reservation. Once in the room, the door didn’t open due to a dead battery. A staff member used a MasterCard key to let us in. The same issue happened again later. The room itself was dirty, and the breakfast was very low quality. This experience was far below expectations and not as advertised. I feel misled and disappointed, and I hope action is taken to prevent this from happening to future guests. Sincerely,
