Very good accomodation for Bakirkoy, with a really nice breakfast. Really good area also, getting easy to the main tourist atractions. Will definitely stay here again, when in Istanbul.

Wir kamen an und bekamen ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett obwohl ich für 4Personen gebucht hatte. Wir haben dann noch ein Schlafsofa bekommen. Es war dreckig und die Bettwäsche hatte überall Makeup drauf, also nicht gewaschen. Am nächsten Morgen waren überall Ameisen, eine ganze Kolonie. Dann haben Sie uns nicht geglaubt. Es wurde 2x ein Mitarbeiter geschickt, welche sich vergewisserten, dass wir nicht lügen. Dann bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer. Dort angekommen war wieder ein Doppelbett. Sie haben dann probiert das Schlafsofa aufzumachen, was aber kaputt war! Sie haben uns im Ernst eine Decke auf den Boden gemacht und erwartet, dass wir so schlafen sollen!!! Wir sind sehr enttäuscht!!!
