✓We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights Pros: - Helpful staff, very friendly. - Generally quiet area. Cons: - Location is 15 mins away by car from Goreme, thus you will not be able to see the hot air balloons in this hotel. - The hotel’s restaurant (which has been recommended by the reception team) was terrible to say the least. We spent 2000 TL on food we threw in the trash. The menu looked very appetizing on the website, but the food was inedible, the pizza looked like it was heated from frozen and the chicken soggy and uncooked. - Cleanliness was below average. There were towels that were clearly ripped, showing that they’ve been used for too long and they did not care to replace them. Spider webs were present in the ceiling of our room. - Air conditioning was not working for most of our stay. Even though the reception team were cooperative and tried to fix it, it has not been working properly. - No safe present in the room. Yet they tell you they are not responsible if you lose anything. - In the breakfast area, there were too many BEES inside and outside and on the buffet itself, which is very unsettling while eating. - Fragile bed, very squeaky. - Drainage in the bathroom sink and shower were bad and water would overflow. - WiFi was inconvenient as it never remembers your device and you would have to connect each time you’re at the hotel by entering your passport number, room number, AND password. - TV did not connect to HDMI.
