Le personnel était sympa à l'exception de Mr qui s'occupe de la piscine, il est très agressif avec les enfants sous prétexte que les clients qui ont payé pour ie SPA avait droit au silence total donc les enfants ont à peine le droit de respirer. Nous avons choisi la piscine pour les enfants sinon hôtel sans piscine c'est la moitié du prix malheureusement les enfants n'ont pas pu profiter finalement on parti après 2 jours pour un autre hôtel

Super emplacement beaucoup de restaurant autour, 100m du grand bazar et le tram aussi station beyazit.
Je suis venu avec des enfants et ils pouvaient pas nager dans la piscine sans faire de bruit d'eau....car il y a les salles de massages juste à côté. Et la salle de sport que pour les adultes donc si vous avez un enfant de 15ans qui veut utiliser les machines ou bien continuer maintenir son niveau sportif c'est compliqué...
