We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it, especially for anyone visiting Istanbul for shopping. The location is excellent. The metro station is just a short walk away, and within only 2–3 stops you can easily reach most of the city’s major shopping malls and outlets. It made getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel staff - Adem, Timur, and others (unfortunately I don’t remember their names) - deserve special recognition. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The breakfasts were delicious, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options every morning. Overall, this has been one of the best experiences we’ve had in a budget hotel. The price was very reasonable, yet the level of service, comfort, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. It offered outstanding value for money, and we would happily stay here again on our next trip to Istanbul.
