✓The only positive I can mention is possibly the location. However, due to the numerous negatives throughout my stay, I couldn’t even fully appreciate that. The staff were rude, the room service was terrible, and the breakfast was also very disappointing.

!First of all, when I booked the hotel, I specifically requested 1 double bed and 2 single beds, which was an available option for the price I paid. As I had selected this option when making the booking, I expected to be provided with the room I had booked. However, upon arrival, we were given 3 single beds instead. The beds were also in very poor condition. An additional pull-out bed was added, but this was broken, with bent legs, and the mattress was covered in stains. The room itself also had a strong smell of urine, which was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. In addition, the bell in the room did not work, one of the lights did not work, the air conditioning was leaking, and the fridge was not working properly. Whenever we put drinks or other items in the fridge, they would become very hot instead of being kept cold. There was also extremely loud music coming from other rooms further down the corridor, which we could hear clearly from our room. The music would continue throughout the night and made it very difficult to sleep. The condition of the room was also extremely poor. The kettle smelled strongly of spoiled milk and had mould inside it, making it completely unhygienic and unusable. The wallpaper was also coming away from the walls, and there was mould underneath it. To make matters worse, we also found cockroaches in the room. We reported this to the hotel, but despite raising the issue, nothing was done to properly address it. This made us extremely uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness and hygiene of the accommodation. The bathroom was also in an unacceptable condition. The shower was covered in grime and appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned, which made me extremely uncomfortable using it. The overall condition of the room and bathroom made me feel very stressed and uncomfortable throughout the stay.

✓À 5 stations de tram de Sultanahmet (le tram est tout près) donc bien placé. Personnel très accueillant Très grande chambre (queen room) avec un grand lit et 3 petits. Accès à la salle de sport (état moyen) Petit déjeuner plutôt fourni

!Notre chambre avait un velux avec un simple store qui laissait passer toute la lumière du matin, ils nous ont mis un carton qui a un peu aidé. Certaines lampes ne fonctionnaient pas. Salle de bain pas très propre (lavabo, brosse wc, jamais nettoyés malgré les passages du personnel) Attention la piscine est payante ! Heureusement ils ont accepté de nous laisser y aller. Dans l’espace spa c’est très vétuste et parfois sale.
