The price, 25€ per night
So, first of all, the price in general is double front desk and I cannot believe it. Second, the receptionist didn't even say "hi" asked me the ID. Then he asked me the pin of the reservation, first time in my life. The rooms are not soundproof, the AC didn't work all the time, in the shower, the drain was clogged. It was a bit dirty and when I asked for a blanket, they give me a sheet. BTW the worst part was when I lost the key card, they said I must 10€ and I said, how come so much for a card and the owner said, it is a special magnetic card. But still... and then he said, look, you signed on the agreement and yes, but in the agreement was 5€ not 10€. So finally I paid 5€. Also, the curtains broke, the lamp needed to be charge, careful with the steps etc There is mold on the roof and ceiling in the bathroom.
