I loved the location of Uzer hotel as it is a 3 min walk from a beautiful embankment and a 1 min walk from a busy city bazar. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful: Faruk, a young man at the reception, was always there for us, another gentleman at the reception gave us all the advice needed regarding local restaurants, the householders met all our requests with a smile and the lady supervising the hotel's restaurant taught me quite a bit of Turkish. The room had a little fridge which was very useful as Trabzon in summer offers lots of delicious fruit.
I would get new towels for the hotel as the ones provided were clean but very thin. Everything else was great.
