Its in the heart of Istanbul near for many places , clean rooms , comfortable, very respectful staff , soundproof was better than i thought , my next visit i will stay again in this property

Все хорошее впечатление испортил менеджер апартаментов. В день отъезда я обнаружила что забыла в отеле свою личную вещь. Больше я нигде не была в тот день и 100% вещь осталась в номере. Сразу обратилась к менеджеру и вернулась. Обнаружила, что уборка уже была проведена и вещи уже нет, снова написала менеджеру. В ответ я получило грубое сообщение в свой адрес, что это мои проблемы и надо лучше следить за своими вещами, а уборщица у них работает давно. Остался ужасный осадок!
Great location. Near major sights and shops
We knew that it was right on the tram line..so we couldn't be dropped off or picked up at the door. But it was pretty easy to work around.
