We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Karaköy Istanbul and would happily stay here again. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the incredible view across the river to the Old City. Watching the sunset from our room was unforgettable, with the changing colours creating a truly spectacular backdrop. The staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. They went above and beyond by assisting us with organising transfers and storing our luggage, making our stay completely stress-free. The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, cafés, shops, and many of Istanbul's major attractions. It was an ideal base for exploring the city. The only minor downside was that the lift begins on the first floor of the part where our room was, so there are some stairs to reach it. However, this wasn't an issue for us at all, as the staff kindly carried our luggage, and the many positives of the hotel and view far outweighed this small inconvenience. We loved our stay and would highly recommend Hotel Karaköy Istanbul to anyone looking for a comfortable, centrally located hotel with outstanding service and breathtaking views.
