First of all, and most importantly, this hotel definitely does not deserve 5 stars. Some of the reception staff were quite rude and unfriendly when we arrived. We came mainly because of the great reviews, but honestly, the hotel is overrated. The food was disappointing. For two days, we had almost the same dishes, and most of the food had very little taste—it looked good, but that was about it. They put more effort into dinner, while the other meals were very average. The kids’ program was below average and quite boring. The entertainment shows for adults were also very disappointing and, for the most part, not entertaining at all. They have the same entertainment team every day, just presenting different and very basic shows. The only things I would give credit for are the cleanliness and the greenery around the property. Other than that, in my opinion, the overall experience was far below what you would expect from a 5-star hotel.
