Tesis çok konforluydu. Her şey inanılmaz kaliteliydi. Yemekler tek kelimeyle muhteşemdi. Odaların temizliği, ortak alanların temizliği, restoran temizliği çok iyiydi. Resepsiyon personeli başta olmak üzere tüm personel gayet ilgili, güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Gereksiz müzik gürültüsü insanı yoran diyaloglar yoktu, gerçekten dinlenmek isteyenler için harika bir oteldi. Restoranda garsonların tutumu ve hızı daha bizi şaşırttı.
