!This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. There are serious health, safety, and maintenance issues at this property, and I am genuinely surprised that it is allowed to operate and accommodate tourists.I booked an apartment and was assigned Apartment 513. From the moment we arrived, there were warning signs. All of the balcony doors were left open, and during the first rain, water came into the apartment, leaving the floors wet.Shortly after check-in, we received a call from reception informing us that the fire alarm had been triggered, even though we had done nothing to activate it. A few minutes later, we discovered the cause: water was leaking from the bathroom ceiling through the light fixture. Water flooded the bathroom floor and spread into the bedroom and living room, creating a serious safety hazard.The problems did not stop there. The kitchen sink was blocked and produced a strong foul odor, and there was visible mold in the bathroom. I have attached photos showing the mold, the water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, and the blocked kitchen sink.After we complained, the hotel moved us to Apartment 1203. Unfortunately, the new apartment was not much better. There was a persistent bad smell every single day, making our stay very uncomfortable. The room change did not solve the underlying issues.To make matters worse, despite staying for 21 days, we were provided with only two bottles of water and two coffee packets during the entire stay. The hotel also required a $100 deposit and later charged me for a broken mirror that I neither damaged nor was ever aware of.I was also very disappointed with the way our complaints were handled. A reception representative named Yosif showed little concern for the serious issues we reported. Instead of demonstrating professionalism and empathy, he repeatedly responded with phrases such as “Oh my God,” which I found dismissive and inappropriate given the circumstances.
